Cavo is an Italian bar and bistro in the heart of Uluwatu, inspired by our love of Italian food, good drinks and the simple pleasure of sharing a table with people you love.

Our menu takes inspiration from Italian home cooking and the flavours of Rome, with recipes passed down through generations alongside dishes we’ve created along the way. Think fresh pasta, Roman-style pizza, generous antipasti, fresh seafood and dishes made with simple, quality ingredients.
